1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using Stazoo, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. What Stazoo Is

Stazoo is a platform that provides tools for creators to sell digital products. We are not a party to any transaction between a creator and a buyer. Stazoo is a technology provider, not a marketplace operator or merchant of record.

3. Creator Responsibilities

As a creator, you are the seller of record and are solely responsible for:

• Ensuring your products are legal and comply with applicable laws
• Collecting and remitting all applicable taxes
• Handling refund requests from buyers
• Providing buyer support for your products
• The accuracy of your product descriptions and claims

4. Prohibited Content

We may suspend or terminate stores that sell prohibited content, including but not limited to illegal products, pirated or infringing files, and content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy. See our Acceptable Use Policy for details.

5. Payments & Fees

Stazoo charges platform fees as described on our pricing page. Payment processing is handled by Razorpay and Stripe. Platform fees are non-refundable.

6. Account Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or harm the platform or its users.

7. Limitation of Liability

Stazoo is provided “as is.” We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of Stazoo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
